Donald Trump has signed an executive order on Monday, following which US companies will not be able to contract with people outside the country who want to work in the US. The H1B visa holders will be most affected by this order. After this order, now all those companies which give jobs to people of other country on the basis of H-1B visa will not be able to do so now. The US President said that our direct rule is - keep American.
अमेरिका में नौकरी करने का सपना देख रहे भारतीय आईटी प्रोफेशनल को अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने सोमवार को कार्यकारी आदेश पर हस्ताक्षर किया है, जिसके बाद देश के बाहर के जो लोग अमेरिका में नौकरी करना चाहते हैं उनके साथ अमेरिकी कंपनियां कॉन्ट्रैक्ट नहीं कर पाएंगी। इस आदेश का सबसे अधिक असर एच-1बी वीजा धारकों को होगा। इस आदेश के बाद अब वो तमाम कंपनियां जो एच-1बी वीजा के आधार पर ही दूसरे देश के लोगों को नौकरी देती हैं, वो अब ऐसा नहीं कर पाएंगी। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि हमारा सीधा नियम है- अमेरिकन को रखो.
