Penang health authorities shut down a popular bamboo briyani stall in Batu Uban after finding the kitchen to be in a dirty condition.
Penang Health Department and Penang Island City Council officer found cockroaches crawling in the rice cooker and patches of mold were growing inside of bamboo cups during a raid on Thursday.
