There will be no return to the "old normal" for the foreseeable future as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and too many countries are still headed in the wrong direction, WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, warned at a regular briefing on Monday.
