The three locally transmitted cases detected in Melaka involving Malaysians as at noon on Thursday are not considered as a cluster, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said this on Thursday and further explained that two cases were detected via pre surgery screening while another case was detected when screened after exhibiting symptoms.
