Defensor: PhilHealth gave P1.49B to hospitals with fraud cases

House committee on public accounts chair Mike Defensor says PhilHealth allegedly released P1.49 billion worth of Interim Reimbursement Mechanism (IRM) funds to 51 health care facilities despite pending fraud cases.
