A 12-year-old innocent victim of capital in the capital Delhi is struggling with life and death in the hospital. So far, 2 surgeries of this innocent have been done in the country’s largest hospital AIIMS and one surgery is yet to be done. Doctors say that 48 hours is important for the innocent.
