In the second season, Ertugrul is captured by the Mongols, led by Baycu Noyan. Meanwhile, the Kayi Tribe led by Hayme Ana seeks refuge with the Dodurga, led by Korkut Bey, her brother. … The tension is further escalated with the arrival of Sungurtekin, Ertugrul’s long lost brother.
The Kayi are again on the road before the impending winter. At the beginning of the second season, all the migrating Kayi are attacked by the Mogols and suffered many losses. Following this attack, Kayı Obası takes shelter in Dodurga Obası who is in the region.
Ertuğrul is captured by the Mongol Noyan, Baycu. The Kayı Obası is grateful to the hospitality of the Dodurga, while at the same time grieved on their losses.
Ertuğrul tries in getting rid of Noyan in Anatolia and returned to his plans, but he sees that the traitors are even inside the Oba. While trying to uncover the traitors, Ertuğrul, falls in a trap, and finds the last resort of hiding away. The brother of Korkut Bey, from Konya, Aytolun’s brother, Gümüştekin Bey, wants to judge Ertugrul.
On the one hand Aytolun, Gümüştekin and his daughter Goncagül. Ertugrul and the Alps, on the other hand battle with the Mongols.
