Police have uncovered a ketum production and distribution syndicate which also operated a cock-fighting ring following a drug operation in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
Police launched the operation on Thursday (Sept 10) night and arrested nine men aged between 35 and 55, including a group suspected to be smoking ganja.
