A former senior finance manager of the National Farmers Organisation (NAFAS) was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Wednesday with three counts of accepting gratification, totaling RM6,000 from a contractor.
Muhammad Saiful Iskandar Kassim allegedly obtained RM2,000 for himself in three transactions from Mohd Nazim Ariff Nazir Ariff, a contractor, through wire transfers into his Maybank account.
