It’s been over a month since we’ve all been in lockdown to fight against COVID-19 and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that our lives have completely changed. We’ve all consciously restricted ourselves from going out, eating out and are in fact, managing the house chores all by ourselves. However, one thing that still remains unchanged during this lockdown is how we continue to procrastinate about working out and exercising daily. Every time we feel guilty about not working out while the entire world out there is posting pictures of their fitness challenges on social media - we panic for a bit, decide to workout, but eventually end up with some excuse or the other to take a pledge and convince ourselves that - "Main Kal Se Pakka Workout Karungi!"
