The growing list of Patriots to put in work with new quarterback Cam Newton continues to grow. This time, it’s veteran wideout Julian Edelman getting to know his new signal caller. Edelman should be the Patriots top pass catching threat this season and a player who can provide a security blanket for Newton as a target to catch passes at a high-rate.
The veterans will need to be leaders this season for the Patriots to have a bounce back offensive performance in 2020-2021.
