Taking suo motu cognizance in the tweet case, the Supreme Court has held lawyer Prashant Bhushan guilty of contempt of court. The Bench of Justice Arun Mishra, Justice BR Gavai and Justice Krishna Murari has given this decision. On August 5, the Supreme Court reserved the decision in this case.
अदालत की अवमानना मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जाने-माने वकील प्रशांत भूषण दोषी पाए गए हैं. अब सजा पर सुनवाई 20 अगस्त को होगी. ट्वीट मामले में स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वकील प्रशांत भूषण को कोर्ट की अवमानना का दोषी माना है. जस्टिस अरूण मिश्रा, जस्टिस बीआर गवई और जस्टिस कृष्ण मुरारी की बेंच ने ये फैसला सुनाया है. इस मामले में पांच अगस्त को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखा था.
