Know someone who loves oysters so much they could eat them with every meal? We challenged Chef Robert Ramsey from the Institute of Culinary Education to make us an entire day’s menu - breakfast, lunch, dinner and yes, even dessert - featuring oysters every step of the way. Now, Chef Ramsey doesn’t set out to make an oyster dessert every day of the week (nor should you frankly) but somehow he pulls it off, along with three other delicious iterations: oysters and grits for breakfast, a fried oyster sandwich for lunch, and oyster gumbo for dinner.
