Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz in a statement on Wednesday released details of the 101 government contracts that were awarded by the Pakatan Harapan administration without open tender.
Topping the list by a quantum is the Transport Ministry with the highest being RM4.47 billion contract awarded to Dayu Maju LTAT Sdn Bhd for the Klang Valley Double Track project.
