Freelancers and Independent contractors have been hit hard during the coronavirus pandemic. Traditionally, unemployment insurance usually goes to companies’ full time employees. However, MoneyTalksNews is reporting that during the pandemic, freelancers can apply for the same unemployment benefits while at the same time getting $1,000 from the government.
