Roujiamo has been called a Chinese hamburger, but instead of ground beef, it’s made with stewed pork belly.
The snack is a specialty of Shaanxi Province, where it’s reputedly been eaten for over 2,000 years. We went to a shop in Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi, to see how it’s made.
