In this episode, we discuss how the recent "illness" has negatively affected Thousand Trails and its members. For the last 6 months, we have been dealing with limited or closed amenities. We have noticed that TT parks are not working to improve sites and amenitities. Parks are having electrical issues and often sites are being closed not repaired. We are concerned that as members, we are not getting what we paid for. We understand that TT corporate is experiencing challenging times but we also feel we need to stand together and expect more. Call your member specialist or corporate. Ask them to either reduce your rates or open up the parks. Speak up or lose more amenities! As always, this is ASL interpreted!
