The petition on the questioning of the infamous historyheater Vikas Dubey encounter of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh was heard. After hearing everyone’s plea, the Supreme Court has ordered the formation of an inquiry committee in the Vikas Dubey encounter case. The court said that the government should issue the notification as soon as possible and the committee should start the investigation in a week. The inquiry committee should submit its report to the court within two months. Also, the Supreme Court has given advice to the Yogi government.
उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर के कुख्यात हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे एनकाउंटर पर सवाल उठाने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई. सबकी दलील सुनने के बाद विकास दुबे एनकाउंटर मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जांच कमेटी के गठन का आदेश दे दिया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि जल्द से जल्द सरकार नोटिफिकेशन जारी करें और कमेटी एक हफ्ते में जांच शुरू कर दे. जांच कमेटी दो महीने के अंदर अपनी रिपोर्ट कोर्ट को सौंप दे. साथ ही योगी सरकार को नसीहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दी है.
