कानपुर में विकास दुबे का पोस्टमॉर्टम होने के बाद शव का अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया गया. इस मौके पर भैरव घाट पर उसकी पत्नी रिचा दुबे, छोटा बेटा और बहनोई दिनेश तिवारी मौजूद थे. लेकिन घाट पर रिचा मीडियाकर्मियों के सवालों पर भड़क गईं. इस दौरान विकास दुबे की पत्नी रिचा ने आपत्तिजनक भाषा का भी इस्तेमाल किया. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि ‘भाग जाओ, जिसने जैसा सलूक किया है, उसको वैसा ही सबक सिखाऊंगी. अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो बंदूक भी उठाऊंगी’.
