It is learnt that amid leagal issues, andhra pradesh govt likely to postpone foundation ceremony at new executive capital visakhapatnam to vijayadasami i.e dussera. ruling ysrcp leaders earlier said that ceremony will be on august 15th or 16th. it is yet unclear on pm modi attendence to the event.
