A low profile politician from UP, Manoj Sinha has been chosen as the next L-G of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Reports quoting people who have worked with him describe Sinha as: "a hard taskmaster, who gets work delivered within the stipulated time, has a very congenial style of working, and is always accessible to both officers and the public."
