The Tropical Storm Isaias slashes through Leonardtown, Maryland, bringing damaging flash floods on Tuesday evening (August 4).
The National Weather confirmed Maryland was hit by a tornado. Isaias dumped nearly 8 inches of rain.
Southern Maryland was hit particularly hard, and a series of tornado warnings were issued.
