Young couple in Indonesia transform their rented home into cat orphanage

A young couple from the town of Sungguminasa in Indonesia has transformed their rented home into a cat shelter.
Abd Rahim, also nicknamed Ibra, and his wife Juhi Caula built their cat daycare two months ago, which also acts as an orphanage for abandoned felines in the area.
Dozens of cats are kept in the couple’s rented home, some entrusted by residents, and kept safe until their owners collect them. The abandoned cats are also cared for, fed, and bathed.
In an interview from August 30, Rahim said: "I opened cat care in June because sometimes it’s difficult to find a cheap, trustworthy place for cats.
"In addition to daycare for cats, I also opened a special orphanage for abandoned cats, who do not have a home, and I take care of the little ones because they need intensive care."
